Recovery for Introverts
* Avoid a lifetime of AA/NA meetings.
* Recover on your own terms.
* Discover an alternative path to overcoming drug addiction and alcoholism.
“My goal with Introverted Recovery is to show the addict or alcoholic introvert how to recover on their own terms. Because I was afraid of meetings and I hated them, and because of that I believed that I was doomed to die an addict. And I found another way. My own way.”
Here’s the full program:
Does this really work?
Absolutely. It’s worked for me and it’s worked for others as well. The success rate of any recovery program is based on an individual’s level of commitment. You can do this.
Does the program rely on a higher power?
It does not. There are other recovery programs out there that also do not rely on a higher power that are effective as well. It is not a requirement.
Does this program require me to get a sponsor like in AA/NA?
No. Although a therapist or recovery coach is strongly encouraged.
Does this program cost anything?
This program costs you nothing. The information here is free. The eBook is free.
Is the program abstinence based?
Yes, this program is designed for someone to abstain from all mood and mind altering substances. Things like caffeine and nicotine are okay.
But my friends in AA/NA say I will relapseā¦
This is survivorship bias. They often see people leave AA then return after a relapse. But they never see people leave AA that are successful (like me)–because we don’t go back to tell them. Therefore they believe anyone who leaves has relapsed. The truth is that people can and do successfully leave AA/NA all the time.

I get like a few months clean and relapse AA doesn’t work for me. But I don’t think the holistic stuff works either tbh

I get it, I really do. It all sounds like buzzwords–“holistic health,” and we all heal in this circle of wellness, yada yada.
But it’s about the implementation of the ideas–the daily tasks, the habits you build, the massive action, and the effort you put in.
There are some specific techniques in Introverted Recovery: journaling, exercise, therapy/coaching, personal growth, habit building. These do some heavy lifting–and AA and NA just don’t employ all of these tools.
